2.6 Challenge

Tobias, Benny and Ally Tree also took on the #TwoPointSixChallenge 'We are doing a 2.6 mile bike ride for Access Bedford because we want to support deaf people like Tobias'.

In April the Access Bedford committee, family and friends joined the #TwoPointSixChallege and took on challenges based on the number 2.6 or 26.2, 26.2 miles is the distance run in a full marathon. Not everyone can commit to running a marathon but challenging yourself to a 2.6 run, walk, cycle or skip is achievable!

Together team Access Bedford raised £1,192 here’s just a few things they got up to!

Helene and hubby Bob completed their #TwoPointSixChallenge by running for 26mins

Our fabulous Chairperson Catherine Wright ran up and down her driveway taking on the #TwoPointSixChallenge

Alison Crook and family took on the fingerspelling #TwoPointSixChallenge to see who’s has the fastest fingers!

The fabulous Lisa Cavadias took up the #TwoPointSixChallenge and completed an amazing 26000 steps (which is approx. 13miles of walking).
